Hosting Cancellation

Please carefully review cancellation terms outlined below.
CANCELLATION POLICY:

You can cancel services at any time however, if you cancel within the first 6 months after your website was completed, a one-time cancellation fee equal to 6 months of your hosting rate will be due.

Template/Starter Sites remain the sole property of SiteWyze. Should you cancel your template site hosting services with us, you are free to take any content (text and images) that you provided to us for use on your next website, however, all other site files remain the sole property of SiteWyze.

Custom Designed/Developed Sites remain the property of you, the client. Should you cancel your custom site hosting services with us, you are free to take any content (text and images) that you provided to us for use on your next website. If you would like a complete backup of all site files (excluding any SiteWyze-owned code), please indicate below. There will be a one-time fee payable in advance of the backup being completed.

Stored Email Accounts & Data remain the property of you, the client. Should you cancel your email hosting services with us, you are responsible to ensure that your emails have been successfully downloaded from our server so that you do not lose any old, stored email data. If you would like a complete backup of all email files, please indicate below. There will be a one-time fee payable in advance of the backup being completed.

Cancellation must be confirmed using this form 30 days prior to the next billing cycle.

There are no refunds if you cancel your hosting in the middle of a paid hosting period.

Backup Requests

- Complete copy of your Template Website (content and client-owned images only) $250 CAD + GST (2 hours of work @$125 per hour)
- Complete copy of your Stored Email Data from SiteWyze servers. $250 CAD + GST (2 hours of work @$125 per hour)
