EMAIL ACCOUNT OVER QUOTA

All email accounts start with a base quota of allocated disc space where your emails are stored on our servers. Sometimes this space can fill up. When this happens, people trying to email you will receive a bounceback notice that your account is full.

Our technicians can increase your mail quota automatically until your account reaches its maximum capacity. When that happens, our support team will contact you advising you to log into your webmail account to remove some of your old attachments and emails to free up space on your account.

To avoid your email box becoming too full, you can easily log into your webmail account at any time and delete old emails you no longer need, or emails with large attachments.
