SENDING LARGE ATTACHMENTS

The size limit that you are able to send out will depend on two things:

  • Who you are using for your outgoing mail server settings in your email software (i.e. either your internet service provider or SiteWyze as your email host)
  • What the maximum outgoing mail attachment size limit is set by your outgoing mail service provider

SiteWyze has more flexibility when it comes to our outgoing mail attachment size than generic internet service providers and allows up to 120MB to be sent when using our server as your outgoing mail server.

If you are not using us as your outgoing mail server, or if you find that you need to send larger files than your ISP is allowing, we recommend using any of the free large file sending websites that are currently on the market, including www.hightail.com or www.mailbigfile.com.
