TO UPDATE YOUR PAYMENT INFO & CHANGE PASSWORD:
On the “WELCOME BACK”/dashboard page, locate the “Your Info” box near the top left corner. Click on the green “Update” button:
You will be taken to a page that looks similar to this:
NOTE: If this is your first time logging in, please update your password as soon as possible.
The password you were given to log in to your account is only temporary.
Click the “Change Password” button to do so. There is an option to generate a strong password on the page by clicking the “Generate Password” button. However, while this is an excellent option, please ensure you record and store the password in a secure location.
If this is your first time logging in, please update your Payment Method. Click the “Payment Methods” button to do so. Your screen will refresh to look like this:
Click the blue “Add New Credit Card” button, then fill out all of the fields on the page.
