CHANGING PASSWORDS

The passwords that have been provided to you for your email account are typically complex passwords, which include a combination of letters, numbers and symbols. This is to provide you with the best security protection and reduce the risk of your email account being compromised.

If you would like to change the password you have been provided to something that you will be able to remember more clearly, you can access the CHANGE PASSWORD screen within your webmail window over the internet.

  1. Go to www.{yourdomain.com}/webmail
  2. Login using your full email address and password
  3. In the upper right corner of the webmail screen, you will see a drop down under your email address. From here, select PASSWORD & SECURITY
  4. Type in your new password and confirm it
  5. Click SAVE
